Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist?

No. You can book directly without a referral. However, a GP referral may be required for Medicare-subsidised sessions under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.

How quickly can I be seen?

Most new patients are booked within 48 hours. We hold same-week appointment slots every day for new patients.

How much does a physiotherapy session cost?

Pricing depends on your session type and funding. Call us on (02) 8798 8987 for current fees. We offer HICAPS on-the-spot claiming for all major private health funds, so you only pay the gap.

Can I claim on the spot through my private health fund?

Yes. We have HICAPS terminals at reception. Just bring your health fund card and we handle the claim on the spot.

Do you see WorkCover and CTP patients?

Yes. We accept WorkCover claims and CTP (compulsory third party) referrals. Our team handles the paperwork — just bring your claim number.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Bring your health fund card, Medicare card, NDIS information or claim number, and a list of current medications if relevant.

How long is a physiotherapy appointment?

Initial appointments are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes.

Do you offer telehealth?

Please call us on (02) 8798 8987 to discuss telehealth options for your specific condition.
