MY 2  FAVOURITE EXERCISES TO HELP REDUCE/PREVENT LOW BACK PAIN

70–90% of people will suffer from lower back pain in some form at some point in their lives

Back pain can be really debilitating. I guess it's true what they say, you never know what you have until it's gone! For many people with back pain, this is often the case. However, you don't have to live with the pain! One of the biggest factors contributing to low back pain is FEAR OF MOVEMENT! Your back is STRONG, RESILIENT and VERY RESISTANT to serious injury!! Inactivity often WORSENS back pain.
Below are 2 of my favorite exercises to help move the spine AND strengthen the surrounding muscles.
